Many people are being contacted by
companies that want money up front in exchange for a promise
to TRY to sell their
campground membership or timeshare.
Recognize that this as a SCAM !
A legitimate company would take their
from fees
from the 'proceeds' of the sale.
DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY.

UPDATE
We have reports of companies that offer
a "guarantee" that they will either sell the membership
or purchase it themselves after a specified period of time.
They STILL want an
"up-front" payment
for their service.
Don't do it!
After the period ot time - the comany
either dissappears, goes bankrupt, or simply refuses to pay.
