Novelli, et al vs Coast to Coast
NOVELLI ATTACKS COAST TO COASTJanuary 2000 - Coast to Coast (C2C) appears to have been sued by Ray Novelli and his cronies in a California lawsuit. Mr. Novelli and his business associate, David Vopnford withdrew their 'Travel America' parks from the C2C system and thus would have deprived members the use of the C2C parks if C2C had not offered to help find other home parks that were in good standing. The actions of Novelli and Vopnford seem curious in light of the fact that use of the C2C system was such a big factor in their sales pitch when memberships were sold in TAI (and All Seasons, etc.) Remember the big map on the wall in the sales offices when they were telling us how C2C was such a big reason to join their parks? |
