Presidents Travel Club |
We have several complains about the Presidents Travel Club (PTC). We will post our findings when we have compiled and sufficiently documented the information we have been presented. Our preliminary finding is that PTC is yet another alter-ego of Mr. Ray Novelli, current president of Travel America and owner of the All Seasons Resorts (ASR) and several other companies. Of course, all member's obligations to ASR were canceled in one of the three bankruptcies of that organization in California. Many of the financing contracts for memberships in All Seasons (and PTC?) were sold or hypothecated to various institutions under the control or influence of Mr. Novelli (Guardian Credit, etc.) It had to have been clear to those institutions that this was for a membership in a camping club and that the camping club is now defunct (ASR - we aren't sure yet about PTC.) Can you help us find out if efforts by these institutions to collect money for a membership in a defunct organization is fraud? We don't know and would like for you to help us find out!
