To all Thousand Adventures Members and Former Thousand Adventures Members:

You are receiving this letter because you have been identified as a potential class member in the class action litigation brought on behalf of all Thousand Adventures campground members. Because we are using several lists to send out this notification, it is possible that you will receive more than one copy of this notice. You can disregard any duplicates as you will only be eligible to return one claim form. It is also possible that you will receive this notice but you are not a former Thousand Adventures campground member (e.g. you are a former employee, vendor, or you held an undivided interest in Falconhead Development Corporation). If you are NOT a former Thousand Adventures campground member, then disregard this letter.

If you are a Thousand Adventures campground member or were a former Thousand Adventures campground member of any Thousand Adventures subsidiary (e.g. Thousand Adventures of Ohio, Thousand Adventures of Iowa, Thousand Adventures of New York, etc.), then you are receiving this notice with regard to the distribution of settlement proceeds in the class action lawsuit brought on behalf of all Thousand Adventures members.

To be eligible to share in this settlement, you MUST return the enclosed claim form to our office no later than March I5, 2007. The claim form should be sent to:

or you can fax the claim form (without a cover sheet) to: 319/372-6764.

Only ONE claim form should be submitted per membership number. For example, a couple who purchased a membership jointly should file only one claim. It is imperative that you provide us with your TA! membership number. If you cannot provide us with your membership number, then you will need to provide us with other evidence that you purchased a Thousand Adventures membership such as a copy of your purchase agreement, retail installment contract, canceled checks, etc. Please check www.natlassoc.com for periodic updates, announcements, or other notices. We anticipate that checks will be mailed by April 15, 2007.
